Hi, cynicism. Haven't heard from you for a while.

I never thought I'd say this, but [[Transformers]] is really an awesome movie. None of those brainless fighting I'd expected. Instead, it's filled with action and a compelling storyline that makes you want to continue watching. Subtle puns at the States' line of defence and President was pretty funny, and omg, is Megan Fox hot or what. *drools* The way the machines transformed just prompted comments like "So cool!" out of me, not to mention how I embarrassingly dropped jaw when that irritating little portable disc player transformed into a robot and back again.
Travelled to east again. Slacked awhile at Essy's place, and finally had a good look at her room. I like it, cosy without being squeezy, very comfy. =) Chatted with her friendly parents over dinner and then travelled down to Beach Cabana at ECP to chill.

I like the place quite alot. The music is not too noisy, in fact they are pop songs to which we grooved happily to; the food is delicious, melt-in-your-mouth baked potatoes and yummy chicken wings; the overall ambience makes it the perfect place to chill out. If not for my rush to go home before I miss my last bus, I'd've gladly sat there, alone even, and just think about stuff. The rain which started just before we decided to leave only made the place and mood more relaxed.

Clubbing on Friday only made us even more aware of how boring the whole scene is getting. And please don't get me started on the bitches who pretty much contributed to our major dis-satisfaction of the night. Went straight home and slept. Quitting clubbing for real, although I love Phuture's air now. So much fresher and I can actually smell the kind of perfume people have on themselves, can you imagine?
I hope the new week will be better, especially with my latest resolution which I swore I would keep. Amen.
